Materia Medica Tech is a biotechnology company driven by artificial intelligence (AI) and innovative nanomaterial technologies. It focuses on leveraging targeted drug delivery and drug discovery technologies to accelerate patients’ access to innovative therapies across key disease areas.

1、Approximately HK$988.5 million (about 50.0%) will be used to support the core technology research, development and advancement of the Company’s artificial intelligence infrastructure and AI-driven nanomaterial platform;

2、Approximately HK$395.4 million (about 20.0%) will be allocated to the ongoing and planned clinical trials within the Company’s artificial intelligence product pipeline;

3、Approximately HK$197.7 million (about 10.0%) will be utilised to develop the Company’s animal health and anti-aging solutions, and expand AI-empowered solutions into such high-growth sectors;

4、Approximately HK$197.7 million (about 10.0%) will be allocated to support the Company’s growth strategy of building a global AI-driven nanomaterial ecosystem;

5、Approximately HK$197.7 million (about 10.0%) will be used as working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
