We are a globally leading full-stack smart robotics company built on perception intelligence. We have developed a smart robotics infrastructure with visual perception at its core, empowering diverse robotics application scenarios, while also providing visual perception products and complete smart robot products tailored for emerging applications.

1、Approximately 45.0% (or HK$372.2 million) will be allocated to strengthening R&D in intelligent robotic visual perception technology, upgrading the AI functional algorithm architecture, and optimizing the company's smart robotic vision products and robotics product lines;

2、Approximately 10.0% (or HK$82.7 million) will be used for brand building and international expansion​ to grow the overseas customer base;

3、Approximately 30.0% (or HK$248.1 million) will be allocated to optimizing production capacity and expanding production scale​ to support high-volume shipments;

4、Approximately 5.0% (or HK$41.4 million) will be allocated for exploring potential investment and acquisition opportunities;

5、Approximately 10.0% (or HK$82.7 million) will be used as working capital and for general corporate purposes.
