According to Digital Asset, a South Korean court will make its first first instance judgment on the Bithumb case of mistakenly sending Bitcoin on August 27th. The involved user was accused of selling BTC received in error and holding approximately 194 million Korean won in cash. Bithumb has filed lawsuits against four users for unjust enrichment, with a maximum amount of approximately 500 million Korean won. In February of this year, Bithumb mistakenly recorded Korean won points as Bitcoin during the distribution of event rewards, and subsequently launched a recovery program, claiming that as of March 10th, 99% of the 1788 BTC that had not been recovered had been recovered.
