BitMEX will officially close on September 23rd

BitMEX will officially close on September 23rd, and new account registrations will be suspended from today onwards. BitMEX will implement risk limits starting from August 26th, and users can only reduce their positions. BitMEX will force the liquidation of existing open positions.
