BNY Mellon plans to use blockchain technology to process transactions and maintain fund ownership records

Google DeepMind has dismantled the original AlphaFold team, with most authors being transferred to Gemini, enzyme design, nuclear fusion, and genomics projects, and nearly a quarter of full-time authors leaving. AlphaFold helped Demis Hassabis and John Jumper win the 2024 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. DeepMind is now using Gemini to create a universal scientific assistant and automate research processes. John Jumper, Jonas Adler, and Alexander Pritzel have joined Anthropic. The AlphaFold results are used for drug development by Isomorphic Labs, a subsidiary of Alphabet.

After the release of Kimi K3, the market lowered the valuation expectation for Anthropic's IPO. Based on Hiive data, Stock Analysis estimates that Anthropic's current implied valuation is approximately $838.6 billion, which is 13.1% lower than the $965 billion raised in May, with a difference of approximately $126.4 billion. The Guardian reported that after the release of Kimi K3, IG platform's bet on Anthropic's IPO valuation decreased by $232 billion.
