According to Yonhap News Agency, AI cloud computing company CoreWeave has adjusted the terms of its $2.6 billion loan project, which is secured by a compute power supply contract with Anthropic. The annual loan yield was raised to 9.1%, and a Cash Flow Lockbox protection clause was added. After the adjustment, CoreWeave received $9 billion in orders as of the morning of July 30, exceeding the target financing amount by three times. A CoreWeave spokesperson expressed satisfaction with the financing results, stating that the revisions to the terms are a natural process of introducing innovative financial structures in a volatile market environment.
