Galaxy Digital released its financial report for the second quarter of 2026, reporting a net loss of $85.31 million, narrowing from the $216.30 million loss in the first quarter. Adjusted EBITDA loss was $77.26 million. As of June 30, the company’s total equity stood at $2.72 billion, with cash and stablecoin holdings amounting to $2.459 billion.
The digital asset business reported an adjusted gross profit of $65.71 million, while the asset management business had a combined $7.1 billion in managed and staked assets. The data center business recorded an adjusted gross profit of $20.14 million, with adjusted EBITDA of $11.49 million.
The first phase of the Helios data center campus, with a critical IT load of 133 MW, has been delivered to CoreWeave and is expected to contribute $80 million in quarterly rental income starting in Q3. On July 28, Galaxy issued $3.5 billion in senior secured notes and acquired three new sites in Texas post-quarter, bringing the company’s total power pipeline capacity to over 5.7 GW.
